We are currently searching for candidates who can build successful teams and expand our market presence in Chicago.
Our unique, entrepreneurial approach to building and supporting teams allows our lead brokers to develop a business they will manage. Our brokers benefit from an open, collaborative platform which includes full access to our shared database, a proven system unmatched by our competitors. Each broker contributes to our shared database by regularly entering prospect information, new contacts, deal data, notes from client meetings and phone calls, and industry trends. Brokers are also provided corporate marketing tools, a specialized marketing and research staff, outstanding support resources, industry-specific technology, and exceptional training. SJC lead brokers are producers and managers. We provide support in building your team by sourcing and screening qualified candidates. Generally a lead broker will manage a team of 2-3 brokers and are responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of the team.
We are seeking lead brokers with a strong track record of success in investment sales. Specifically, we are searching for professionals with at least six years of investment sales experience and a proven deal track record. Special consideration will be given to candidates with exposure to net lease transactions. In addition, lead broker candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, and possess the desire and ability to effectively build and manage a team. Brokers must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and aspirations to build a team. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a solid new business development history and client relationship building success, proven through repeat client business. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, an active real estate license, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed.
