Robot Technician - 1st Shift
The Superior, Die Tool & Machine Company has an immediate opening for a Robot Technician on 1st Shift. We are a manufacturer of stamping dies and provide sheet metal stamping and machining services to our customers. We mainly service the automotive, appliance, agriculture and heavy truck industries.
The technician must be able to integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain robots that are being used to automate both sheet metal stamping and sheet metal welding processes.
Other expectations include
High School Diploma or GED; Post-secondary school or trade school is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)
The ideal candidate will have experience in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment similar to FANUC robots and Motoman robots
Experience with die stamping, tooling, machining, and or robotic automation an added bonus
31 FANUC robots including M-710iC and R-2000iB models
2 Motoman F-165 weld robots
