Global Key Account Manager
Position Description:
Our Global Business Development organization is being positioned to drive significant growth for the Swanson Health Products Company and the Private Equity team at Swander Pace Capital. We will invest in new markets and channels with a focus on identifying and developing key Partners, building fair and equitable pricing structures, and developing a world class team of People in order to deliver our high-quality products to more Global consumers.  Our strategy will target high growth, profit and unmatched service capabilities through execution of our international and new channel roadmap.  Our organization will be hiring Key Account team members to help build capabilities that deliver this growth across our Partnerships worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting sales and margins for Key Accounts.
  • Implement and communicate results via a balanced scorecard for each Key Account.
  • Liase with Swanson functional leaders and teams to deliver high quality service to the Key Accounts, including fulfilment, regulatory, legal, operational, logistics, marketing, customer service, finance and other activities.
  • Providing white glove Customer Service to our Partners and Channel Leaders in key markets.
  • Developing and executing on marketing strategies.
  • Delivering and sharing marketing and merchandising materials to drive brand awareness and adoption.
  • Performing market research with our Partners in order to prioritize key activities in the markets.
  • Organizing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the Partners in order to monitor progress towards business growth targets and customer metrics.
  • 5-7 years of key account support or other relevant experience in a consumer products environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across various key accounts.
  • Preference for team work, functionally and with Partner teams.
  • Domestic and International travel up to 20%.
  • Willing to work varying hours, when appropriate, in order to align with Partner time zones.
  • Possess a passion for Global business and new ventures not fully defined – ability to pioneer new paths or to new business areas for the Global Business Development team.
