The Cloud Application Analyst has the overall accountability for the CRM and SharePoint systems currently implemented.  This includes Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and the Intranet sites.  The Cloud Application Analyst will evaluate current strategic goals and configure CRM and SharePoint systems to meet the needs determined. In addition, provide support and maintain end user satisfaction to guarantee the success and proper utilization of these systems.  Liaising with operations and other functional leaders as a single point of contact to ensure that the cloud application deliverables regarding timelines, quality, and productivity are being met.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and configure CRM and SharePoint systems, including intranet.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures of CRM, SharePoint systems, and Intranet.
  • Provide technical advisory and support of CRM, SharePoint systems, and Intranet.
  • Manage end user access and provide technical training and information to end users of CRM, SharePoint systems, and Intranet.
  • Implement upgrades and system changes to CRM, SharePoint systems, and Intranet by working with vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely and liaise with Operations team and Data Ops, and Infrastructure and Security I.T. teams, to align application and system upgrades or changes with company and departmental goals, initiatives, and security policies.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
Education/ and Experience
  • BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent technical job experience.
  • 2+ years working in administration role of a CRM and SharePoint system.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and with Intranet sites.
  • Ability to effectively understand operational goals and communicate them with key stakeholders or teams.
  • Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it.
  • Ability to gather, organize and present information as easily understood training content
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Cloud or Dynamics 365 related certification
