In a nutshell, here’s what Account Managers do on our B2B teams (hint: a lot!)
•You’re a media hound who knows how to get and measure PR results. You’ll drive the media relations program by ensuring established account strategy translates into editorial measureable (rockin’!) results
•Writing is in your blood. When it comes to deadlines you also have ice in your veins. In concert with senior managers, you’ll develop short and long-term PR strategy plans, presentations and proposals, with a focus on the practical execution of account strategy and anticipated results
•You’ll also serve as Editor-n-Chief for your team. No funny hats, though.
•You understand the tricks, tools, tenor of the trade. You’ll provide counsel to clients on effective strategies for incorporating social media elements into programs and develop well-thought out plans and proposals that provide a roadmap for execution.
•You’re a manager, and managers manage. You’ll provide support and direction to the team, serving as a role model and mentor on all professional matters including client service, industry networking, professionalism, teamwork and quality control;
•Effectively manage the daily execution of client activity, delegating tactical assignments, reviewing all client facing documents and ensuring the team is performing at the highest level

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or related field.
5 years of prior experience.
