WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Write specifications outlining desired game functionality that can be easily understood by the Game Studio team.
- Serve as the go-to person for design, balance, and solutions for great game play
- Contribute to the strategic planning and design for new gaming projects
- Produce and update design specs, balance sheets and misc documentation
- Work with the production team throughout the development & lifecycle of a game
- Observe & analyze user testing, and recommend design solutions
- Understand and contribute to the company's vision and goals
- Work cross functionally to accomplish launch and marketing efforts
BONUS SKILLS:
* Recent social game design experience a major plus!
