American Dining Creations is proud to be one of the largest independent dining and catering service companies in the United States. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Dining Operations Manager.
We are rapidly expanding in Dallas - Ft Worth market and offer great opportunities to grow within the company.
This position will operate a restaurant account location, and will be responsible for food, labor and operating costs. Culinary expertise is required for all menus and catered events, and candidates must have a strong understanding of employee and client relations. As the Dining Manger you will supervise all culinary operations, manage all associates, and have full P & L responsibility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors' degree preferred in Hospitality, Restaurant or a Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, school or culinary association
Minimum 5 years experience in food or culinary services that may include restaurants, fast food, catering services, institutional services or food court.
This full time position offers a salary, comprehensive benefits that include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, paid holiday and vacation, and most work schedules are Monday - Friday, first shift!
