Your Role:
Fraud Investigator is responsible to perform verification on orders that are flagged for review to ensure that they are valid and provide customer service to customers who respond to contacts made by the Fraud department. Fraud Investigators must be proficient with MS Office Suite, fraud prevention and customer management applications, written and oral communication skills, and pass a standard background check. Fraud Investigators will adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company’s success.
 
Position:
Shift will be during the following hours:
  • 11:30 am to 8 pm Mon – Thurs
  • 9:30 am to 6 pm on Fri
  • 7am to 3:30 pm Sat and Sun
 
Shifts above may change on certain days. Days off will not be consecutive. Weekends are required and must be able to work overtime as needed. Days off to be determined, but shift will have one weekend day off.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform verification on orders that are flagged for review to ensure that they are valid
  • Provide customer service to customers who respond to contacts made by the Fraud department


 
Job Requirements: 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Pass a standard and financial background check
  • Previous fraud prevention experience or have 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Be able to type 35 wpm
  • Have basic computer knowledge
  • Be organized, show attention to detail and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual preferred
