Quality control Analyst
Our ideal candidate is a diligent, creative, and energetic problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment. . Natera is seeking a Quality Control Analyst focused on assessing and improving our internal quality system. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a track record of implementing a quality system. This role reports to Operations Director and works broadly across the company to achieve the aims.
Responsibilities & Skills
•Support operation and development activities.
•Review design, process verifications and validations.
•Support quality control activities, including, but not limited to: in-process and finished product testing and release, Risk Management activities (FMEA), IQ/OQ/PQ, etc.
•investigate and disposition of nonconforming reagents and consumables
•Develop and evaluate new testing and inspection methods for products and reagents and consumables
•Resolve quality issues as they are identified during audit process
•This position will be a key participant in process improvement
•Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences or related fields
•5+ years of experience in quality control
•Must understand, follow and comply with regulatory requirements as applicable to various processes.
•Experience implementing a quality system
•Risk Management experience
•Must have strong analytical, statistical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Effective root-cause analysis skills
•Detail oriented with excellent team oriented organizational skills
•Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office products, word processing, excel, etc.)
