The Market Research Analyst is principally responsible for leading research projects into customers, competitors, and the market, in coordination with the full commercial department. This individual should design and complete research projects with autonomy and creativity, and will be responsible for sourcing and interpreting data and then reporting results in actionable format to commercial management. The Market Research Analyst will use internal and external data and resources to complete these tasks on time and on budget.
The Market Research Analyst should be focused and passionate about collecting and interpreting data, both qualitative and quantitative in nature. This individual will design questionnaires and research studies and will compose reports and presentations. Candidates must have excellent analysis, research, and presentation skills.
•3-5 years of professional experience in market research, analysis, or consulting
•2-3 years industry experience in healthcare
•Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or sciences
•Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and develop questionnaires
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•Competitive and positive attitude, team player
•Passion for changing medicine

Natera is already providing genetic testing services to over 300 IVF centers, OBGYN practices, and partner laboratories in over 30 countries worldwide.
