Sales Development Representative

Confio Software is a database performance software company, located in Boulder, CO. Due to record growth we are expanding the team and looking for several Sales Development Representatives / Sales Associates. 

Primary responsibility is to develop sales opportunities by contacting via cold sales calls, qualifying and educating prospects on Confio's technical software products. 

Specific duties include: cold sales calls, email dialogue and relationship building. 

This position reports to the Director of Sales Development and will work closely with senior sales staff to support revenue targets. 


  • Four-year degree required. Internships and specific accomplishments are a plus. 
  • 6 months to 3 years previous business development or sales experience in IT is a strong plus.
  • Outgoing, energetic, sales oriented person. 
  • Computer technology aptitude and ability to learn technical topics at level required to converse with corporate software sales prospects. 
  • This opportunity is for motivated individuals seeking to begin a career in high end business and technology sales. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Someone who is very detail oriented and extremely organized. 

Base salary plus full benefits and commissions based on achieving targets for opportunity development. Commission is paid based on the number and quality of opportunities delivered to the sales group.
