This reputation has been built by our outstanding employees. In order to maintain this position, David Restaurant Group, LLC and Affiliated Companies is interested in hiring the best possible person for each position. To ensure that we make a hire decision that is right for us and you, we use different selection tools and consider a great amount of information before a decision is made. As you go through the employee selection process, you will be involved in some or all of the following selection tools. Please review these procedures shown below.

1. Employment Application - Complete all sections which pertain to you. Your resume may be included, but it is not a substitute for completing the employment application. The employment application allows David Restaurant Group, LLC and Affiliated Companies to determine your qualifications and experience. By signing the application, you authorize David Restaurant Group LLC and Affiliated Companies to verify the information contained in the application. Falsification of information on the application or failure to provide information can result in disqualification for employment or termination of employment if discovered after hire.

2. Employment interviews - Several personal interviews may be conducted with you in order to provide more detailed information regarding your background and qualifications.

3. Employment Eligibility Verification - This form is required by the U. S. Department of Justice and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. It is used to verify your identity and right to work in the United States.

4. Substance Abuse Tests - This is a urinalysis test for current illegal use of controlled substances.

5. Reference Checks - Former employers and educational references are verified prior to an offer of employment.

6. Records Checks - Verification and information checks with the Social Security Administration, criminal courts, state and county repositories of criminal records, Department of Motor Vehicles and credit bureaus.

Application Agreement

2. I hereby acknowledge notification, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, that David Restaurant Group, LLC and Affiliated Companies may make such investigations and inquiries of my personal, employment, financial, or other related matters as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. I hereby release employers, schools, and all other persons contacted from all liability.

3. In the event of employment, I understand I am applying for employment which can be terminated at will by either myself or David Restaurant Group, LLC and Affiliated Companies at any time and that nothing contained in any application, manual, brochure, or other David Restaurant Group, LLC and Affiliated Companies materials shall constitute an implied or expressed contract for employment. I further understand that no representative of David Restaurant Group, L.L.C. and Affiliated Companies has any authority to change my terminable at-will employment, other than the President of the company, and then only in a signed written document. Failing a drug/ alcohol test may affect any payment of a workers compensation claim.

I agree that any claim or lawsuit, against the Company or any of its employees, relating to my application for employment, employment with the Company or separation from the Company, must be filed no more than six (6) months after the date of the action that is the subject of the claim or lawsuit. I waive any statute of limitations to the contrary.
