HX5 is seeking qualified applicants to serve as the Client Support Administrator at Schriever AFB.
Client Support Administrator (CSA) to support Enterprise Information Technology Services on the IRES program. The CSA supports IT break/fix for users in response to Remedy Incidents, preventative maintenance activities as scheduled, and activities needed to satisfy Requests for Service (RFS). RFS’s require execution of small, immediate customer-directed projects on tight deadlines to sustain life-cycle activities associated with MS Windows workstations and various information technology-oriented projects.
This person must quickly adapt to new situations and short deadlines, work unsupervised and have a strong commitment to a team environment. Primary duty hours are Monday – Friday, 0600-1800 with occasional off shift, extended hours or weekend support requirements.  On-call may be necessary to support customer requirements, troubleshooting, testing, and exercise support.
Experience and Knowledge
  • A high school diploma (or GED), and 4 years of general experience or an associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience
  • General experience must include 2 years of related experience in business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting AND one relevant industry certification at the associate or professional level
  • Must have completed and be enrolled in Continuing Education (CE) with a Security+ certification or other IAT level II 8570 compliant certification or above
  • May be required to work extended and/or nonprime hours
  • Must be able to travel 10%; this may include air travel
*Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance by time of start
**Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation
Experience using Remedy software (Action Request System). Audio Visual, Blackberry, and VOIP Telephone equipment experience beneficial. Scripting: Power Shell, VBscript, or JavaScript a plus.
