General Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Leverage and build relationships with end users to retain and increase reoccurring revenue.
Educate customers on Swiftpage’s products, pricing, resources, and services.
Working to build value with customers utilizing Swiftpage’s products.
Consistently exceeding departmental retention and revenue goals. 
Generate ARPU by upselling additional revenue.
Collaborating with multiple departments to utilize an serval outbound campaigns to touch base with customer mid-year after purchase, as well as 180-days, 90-days, 60-days, and 30-days prior to renewing. 
Collaborating with other terms to over obstacles and resolution customer escalations.
Tracking and obtaining actionable database from customers in multiple internal systems.
Providing regular reoccurring situational reports, pipeline reviews, and SWOT analysis.
Hosting informative and instructive product demonstrations to help education end users on Swiftpage’s products.
Working with customer and end users to grow their business, providing advice and best practices for utilizing Swiftpage’s products for their business.
Consistently self-educate on products, how to sell and operations on CRM and small businesses.
Outbound calling accounts that show they have not logged into Act!.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:

Existing employees must have been employed as an Inbound Sales rep before applying.
Requires 1 or more years of experience within the industry in a sales role.
Excellent sales and relationship building skills
Excellent operational, organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in all Swiftpage products/offerings and revenue driving services
Proficient knowledge of all internal Swiftpage software solutions, i.e. Zuora, Infor CRM, NetSuite, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred
