Position Summary:
The Spanish Discipline in the Department of Modern Foreign Languages at Dominican University is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach one or more courses in the Spanish discipline.
 
Available courses for spring 2019 include the following:
 
  • Spanish 101.02: Elementary Spanish I
    • MWF 8:30am - 9:20am and F 9:30am -10:20am
    • January 9, 2019 – May 2, 2019
  • Spanish 102.01: Elementary Spanish II
    • MWF 11:30am - 12:20pm and W 12:30pm -1:20pm
    • January 9, 2019 – May 2, 2019
  • Spanish 102.03: Elementary Spanish II
    • MWF 10:30am -11:20am and F 11:30am - 12:20pm
    • January 9, 2019 – May 2, 2019
  • Spanish 192.70: Accelerated Spanish for Heritage speakers II (CBL)
    • M 11:30am - 12:20pm and MWF 12:30pm - 1:20pm
    • January 9, 2019 – May 2, 2019
    • This course has a community-based learning component.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have an M.A. in Spanish (or related field); language teaching experience preferred.
