Corporate Service Manager – Service Department Director – Product Support Manager –
 
Our Corporate Service Manager is an executive role at VLP. We are looking for someone who can be a business leader within the organization and help communicate and facilitate corporate vision, goals and values. This person should have a history leading and developing a team, driving results, coordinating between multiple locations and business units, and monitoring financial performance. Some of the specific roles and responsibilities are:
 
Business Leader
  • Communicate and build relationships within the company to help meet VLPH Profit Targets.
  • Be a key contributor in a goal-oriented culture focused on meeting the strategic vision of VLPH.
  • Challenge systems, processes, and people to business changes.
 
Manage Employee Development within Service Division
  • Develop, define and coordinate service training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company
  • Key communicator of information to service team from management and manufacturers
  • Establishes and maintains excellent customer and public relations
 
Develop and Coordinate Service Profit Goals within the Business Unit
  • Ensure all locations achieve service performance levels set forth by all contracted manufacturers
  • Review and appraise the results of activities within the department and takes appropriate actions as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing pricing analysis to determine penetration pricing, premium pricing, price bundling and new customer pricing to grow the service market
 
Develop and Manage a World Class Telematics Solution
  • Through manufactures and telematics administrator maintain knowledge and utilize all telematic information to provide employee and customer support. Track and analyze key metrics and innovate for future needs.
 
Execute and Manage Service Financial Goals and Profit Performance
  • Set, communicate, coordinate a consistent corporate pricing structure and strategy for service division
  • Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the service division
  • Formulate annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budget in accordance with company objectives
