Sales Process, Engagement & Marketing (SPEM) Director– Director of Sales Operations – VP of Sales Methodology

Sales Process, Engagement & Marketing (SPEM) Director– Director of Sales Operations – VP of Sales Methodology
 
Our SPEM Director is an executive role at VLP. We are looking for someone to efficiently direct and support our business to business sales. This person should be intelligent lifetime learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and have a history of learning and implementing methods to improve sales and sales operations while measuring performance. Some of the specific roles and responsibilities are:
 
Business Leader
Increase the effectiveness of all sales efforts by creating effective methods and processes
Become known as the employer of choice that top sales people want to join
 
Manage Employee Development
Develop sales and rental staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Prepare salespeople with tools to measure results over time
 
Develop and Coordinate Sales Cycle and Methodology
Administer a CRM program to prepare salespeople with all the tools and information they need to be successful including: call schedules, quotes, customer profiles, etc.
Coordinate marketing and other support employees to finalize and execute sales
 
Manage and Regulate Marketing
Analyze and monitor market conditions to develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
Plan and coordinate equipment pricing and specials.
Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach
 
Execute and Manage Financial Goals and Profit Performance
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
Using marketplace data, develop and manage sales plans with metrics and outcome measurements
Analyze salesperson metrics
